Purchases & subscriptions

How do I cancel a subscription?

iPhone/iPad: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select the app and tap Cancel.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds must be requested from them. Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: visit play.google.com, open Order history and choose Request a refund. For purchases made directly with us, email app@japrox.store.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase, open the app and tap “Restore Purchases” (usually in Settings).

Accounts & data

How do I delete my account?

Where an app supports accounts, you can delete it from within the app's settings, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.

What data do your apps collect?

It depends on the app. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories we collect and why. Each app's store listing also shows its App Privacy / Data Safety disclosures.

How do I stop ads being personalised?

On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”. On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads and delete or reset your advertising ID. Some apps also offer an in-app consent setting.

Technical issues

The app crashes or won't open. What can I do?

Make sure the app and your device's operating system are up to date, restart your device, and try reinstalling the app. If the problem continues, email us with the app name, device model, OS version and steps to reproduce.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Email app@japrox.store with “Bug report” or “Feature request” in the subject line. Screenshots or screen recordings help a lot.
